STOP the candy shop

Children are a huge passion of my heart. Yet, did you know 500 girls...minors...averaging 15 years old...are being sold for sex every month in Atlanta? My home town. It's a stomach clinching fact that needs to be known so something can be done to stop this growing industry.

In 2009, I went to the Philippines and went to the streets to befriend girls just like the streets of Atlanta. They have hearts yearning for a glimmer of hope and a need to have the silent cry for help heard.

Brandon McCormick, a producer in my hometown, created a short movie about the sex trafficking industry. Watch it to learn more. Be inspired to put a stop to this injustice. And vote for the movie to win the short firm contest to get even more publicity so as to inform others of the harsh realities of child prostitution.

Watch and vote for The Candy Stop.

And check out Street Grace to find out more ways to help.

Don't stand idol any more.

People I love:
